Complaint Templates

In addition to the Status Verbiage, each Complaint has a simple sentence describing the Complaint. This appears as a statement in the Subjective Complaint section of the SOAP note. ChiroPadEMR includes 10 variations (iterations) of the Complaint Templates. Each practice has the option of modifying the Complaint Templates. The modifications can be adding more Complaint Templates, editing the verbiage in each of the existing Complaint Templates, and/or deleting unwanted Complaint Templates.

 

To view and/or modify the Complaint Templates, click on Complaint Templates on the Customize menu (figure 34).  This opens the Customize Subjective Complaint Templates window (figure 29).
