Deleting an item should be done with great caution. If the item has been used in the past, or there is a good possibility that it will be used at some time in the future, it should NOT be deleted. The only time to delete an item from the list is if and when it is determined that the item was never and will never be used by the practice.
To delete a Complaint Template, find the specific item to be deleted and click the Garbage Can icon. There is no mass delete option. This means that only one Complaint Template iteration may be deleted at a time, and it must be verified that this is the correct action.
