The Referral System

ChiroSuiteEHR contains a powerful marketing tool to monitor and track where your patients have come from while enabling the ability to keep patients active and bringing new patients to the practice. The referral system monitors the success of marketing efforts.  Depending on your region, and whether the office serves a metropolitan or rural area, each marketing investment (yellow pages, billboards, direct mail, newspaper ads, radio ads, television ads, e-mail ads, time & temperature ads, etc.) will have a different result.  Whereas one office may get great results from a billboard, another office may not have a similar experience.

The ChiroSuiteEHR referral system provides

tools to monitor which marketing methods are working for the practice

the means to monitor where the patients are coming from

which patient referred the open patient to the practice

a cumulative list of patients within each patient file showing all the patients that the open patient has brought in to the practice. It is important to know which patients are the sources of many referrals, and to reward them to encourage more referrals.

 

Referral information is entered on the Patient Information window (figure 1).
