Click on an existing Table and it will appear in the Format column on the right. This displays each ROM that is present in ChiroPadEMR with its Normal Value. In order to change the Normal Value for any ROM, click on the number of the Normal Value, delete it, and then type in the new Normal Value.
If the Normal Value is changed, it is critically important that the source of the Normal Value is known to the doctor and included in the documentation. The reason for the importance of knowing the source of the Normal Value is the possibility that the doctor may need to identify the source of the Normal Value to an insurance auditor, or in litigation.
