The Missed Appointment Report (figure 11) produces a list of those patients that missed appointments and have been resolved with the category of Missed. Once resolved in the Missed category, the appointment is removed from the Front Desk window. Those missed appointments will only be listed as a group in the Missed Appointment Report. The other method of seeing those missed appointments is in each patient’s individual Scheduler History.
