MIA Patient Report

The MIA Patient Report provides a printable list of the patients on the MIA list from the Front Desk window (figure 9) when MIA is checked on. The MIA list is those patients that had scheduled appointments but did not keep them.

Some practices prefer to work on recalls and reactivations directly from the Front Desk window, using the Resolve Appointment feature; other offices prefer to use a printed list, which is the MIA Patient Report (figure 10).
