This is a brief description of the diagnosis. This will appear on the Diagnosis window, in your SOAP notes and in narrative reports in the ChiroPadEMR section of ChiroSuiteEHR. For those in New York State, the Description will print on the New York C4 Worker’s Compensation forms.
