The Diagnosis window is accessed through both ChiroOffice (for insurance purposes) and ChiroPadEMR (for patient care). The window is identical regardless of which program it is accessed from. For those practices that have the complete ChiroSuiteEHR system, the instant a diagnosis is created and saved in either the ChiroPadEMR or ChiroOffice Diagnosis window, it is instantly present in the other section of ChiroSuiteEHR.
Compliance with State Boards, insurance programs, and Federal rules and regulations requires that every patient has a diagnosis. The diagnosis must be current and related to the symptoms of the patient as well as the physical findings of the doctor’s examination. ChiroSuiteEHR provides the ability for this to be dealt with in an easy manner.
