Several sections of ChiroPadEMR include checklists, similar to the Posture List (figure 3) found in the Physical Exam section.

To add to this list, click on the empty checkbox next to the Asterisk at the bottom of the list. This creates a blank line just above the Asterisk Line. Type in the item needed on that blank line. Be sure to place a check in the box next to the new item so it will appear in the patient’s SOAP note. When done, click the Save button.
