Several sections of ChiroPadEMR include Additional Boxes to add items to specific categories of data. An example of this is on the Additional Info tab of the Extremity Exam window (figure 4).

Within each selection box there are entries that already apply to the category of data. There are times when another item is needed. Type the item required in the appropriate Additional box, and then click the Save New Entries button. The item will be added to the list and placed in alphabetical order.
